Deleted pages can cause errors #9

If a page is deleted its impossible to remove it from the menu admin.
Also, the template scope becomes null, I don't know of anyway to test for that in a template.

This issue now references the old version of this module, the new version uses a more generic MenuLink class that links to a generic object, so this error should no longer happen.
