Allowing mouse button (& multiple) floating_modifiers = I'm currently using xbindkeys/xtc to map mouse event button8 to Super_L which, whilst working for physical button8+Return to get a terminal etc., fails with physical button8+button[1/3] to move or resize windows. This is possibly because the original button8 events still come through (seen in xev) and interfere? It doesn't seem trivial to mask those. An i3 config method would allow mouse button chording for moving/resizing.

Multiple floating_modifiers so that say $mod can still work.

and/or

Allow mouse button to be $mod = Along with #3017, this would allow the use of both say Mod4 and button8 to move and resize windows, which I guess could give me the kind of interaction I'm looking for. Would allow for more "one press on either hand" etc. actions.

A strange aside - with a button8 mapped to super left, I can move and resize a xev -event keyboard test window just using the mouse, but not a xev test window (or an xterminal or other GUI).

Would a button8 mask be possible given that the larger one is Button5Mask? https://tronche.com/gui/x/xlib/events/keyboard-pointer/keyboard-pointer.html#XButtonEvent
