Updates of SiTracker_dEdxProcessor:

Cleaned up unnecessary code.
Added runtime protection against failure of TrackImpl::getTrackState().
Replaced MarlinTrk::IMarlinTrack::propagate() which was making the processor ~1000X slower than necessary with MarlinTrk::IMarlinTrack::extrapolate().
Removed unnecessary parameters.

Updates of AnalyseSidEdxProcessor:

Added minor runtime protections.
