Add extended user creation function.
UserAddEx takes an options struct that supports setting
more user settings, such as the user's home directory location,
privilege level, logon script, and comment.
Add blank line between build tags and package.
Prevents Go linters from thinking the build tags are package
documentation comments.
firewall: lock OS thread when using OLE
There is no guarantee that a goroutine won't be scheduled on
multiple threads during its execution, so it is possible that we could
be moved to a thread with no OLE initialized in the middle of the
function's execution.
groups: return errors from syscalls as Errno
Allows for more specific error messages to be displayed, and for
different types of errors to be disambiguated by the client.
winapi: add functions to get profile directories
Currently support querying for the Profiles directory and the
Default user's profile directory.
sid: add raw SID query and convert to string
GetRawSidForAccountName looks up the SID for an account name and returns
the raw _SID struct in a buffer.
ConvertRawSidToStringSid converts that buffer into a properly formatted
string.
