How to run VLC with no gui?

Run this command inside yewtube set vlc_dummy_interface true. To revert this setting run, set vlc_dummy_interface false

How to use yewtube over tor?

NOTE: Use this feature at your own risk. In case of any kind of damage we will not be responsible.

Install tor command-line utility and torsocks.
Start / Enable tor.service.
Run yewtube using torsocks yt
Check status using help tor inside yewtube.
Don't use vlc. Instead use mpv or mplayer.
