Label with Borders Has No Paddings

Hi,

If a put a border on a Label (i.e. Solid), no left and right paddings is shown. There is no effect even if I added paddings to TextLabel appearance the same as TextBox paddings.

this has been logged as WJ-7427 and WJ-7434, both fixed in the latest build (1.2.25).
