Hi Admin,

I'm still getting a message from Symantec Endpoint Protection (version 12.1.6) when downloading the installer and is automatically quarantined by SEP. Please see attached file.

Just applied for white listing from Symantec here https://submit.symantec.com/whitelist/isv/

We were white listed by Avast few days ago. The issue if that they keep a reputation score depending on the number of people using their antivirus that download the exe and some will quarantine it until someone clicks somewhere saying that it's not a virus. The exe you are downloading is a generic web installer build with Advanced Installer and it doesn't contain any virus for sure.

Yes, I trust the file. But SEP automatically deleted the file from the folder/directory I intended to save it to.

We should get white listed fairly soon. You can also try to download the msi directly - maybe they let that one go:

we are now whitelisted by Symantec as well. Would you please try again, there should be no more warning/block.

I just tried it now and got the same message. I had to disable SEP to download the installer and I got it installed now.
