Modal forms do not always close and become unresponsive

I'm struggling to identify a strange problem but thought I would post anyway in case you have any ideas.

I display a lot of modal forms in the application I've been converting from VWG to WiseJ.

On occasion when the form should close it does not. I can see the FormClosing event firing but the form remains on screen. Once in this state the none of the buttons on the form cause any events to fire in the server side application and the form cannot be closed, even the close 'X' has no effect. You can still move  the form around and the various fields on the form still work and will accept data.

I'm seeing this fairly consistently now but I can't pin down how it happens and have not been able to get it into a simple sample. Given that no server side code fires once I'm in this state I'm at a loss how to proceed so any help welcomed.

Hi Nic,

Sounds like a thread deadlock. I will contact you directly, if you are available, to enable tracing and provide dev builds, remote debugging (maybe) etc. And update the thread once we solve it. Otherwise we'll easily exchange dozens of messages. Would it work for you?
