web always back to login screen

Dear All

I have problem with my web application, suddenly it can load and go back to the login window.

The firstime i think this because i am using free license, then i buy profesional license, this still happen.

Sometimes it take time 40 menit,sometimes it take 20 menit with or without we do anything.

Anyone has experience with this problem (i had check my internet connection, there no problem).

Hi Nicky,

I believe you're facing a session management issue.

You can check out our Session Management documentation page for more info about the matter.

But, do keep in mind that any Wisej.NET application session is terminated after a certain time, the default being 120 seconds if the application is in an IDLE state.

With that in mind, when a session is terminated, it's therefore gone for good, it can't be recovered in any way shape or form!

It's the same thing as terminating any windows desktop application.

Thanks for quick respon.

Before i had set the sessiontimeout = 3600.

I don't think this cause by sessiontimout, because i always found there notification windows when session want to expired.

Hi Nicky,

Looks like your app is writing to the /bin folder or it's changing something that forces IIS to reload.

This is not a Wisej.NET issue, I'm afraid!

My app don't write anything to bin folder except i want to update my apps, then i am copy the dll file to there.
