Application.Download() Fails with Chinese Characters in Path or Filename

Hi Wisej Team,

I've encountered a bug in the

Application.Download("A", "B")

API.

• When the path in parameter A contains Chinese characters, the application displays a blank screen.

• Similarly, if the filename in parameter B includes Chinese characters, the same blank-screen issue occurs.

I’ve attached a minimal test project that reproduces this issue for your reference.

Could you please look into this? Thank you!

Environment:

• OS: Windows 10 Pro x64

• Wisej Version: 4.0.3

This is now fixed in version 4.0.4
