Removing Toolbar with ToolbarButtons

Hi,

If I remove a Toolbar with toolbarbuttons, the codes generated by the designer for the toolbarbuttons are not completely removed or cleaned up from the designer.cs file.

it currently happens for status bar as well and we have logged WJ-7307 for both.
