C# decompilation does not show System.Enum derives from System.ValueTuple #1744

When decompiling any framework's core assembly or a core reference assembly (netstandard.dll, mscorlib.dll, System.Runtime.dll, System.Private.CoreLib.dll), the System.Enum class appears to implicitly derive directly from object, rather than from System.ValueTuple:

public abstract class Enum : IComparable, IConvertible, IFormattable

When decompiling to IL, the output is as expected:

.class public auto ansi abstract beforefieldinit System.Enum
    extends System.ValueType
    implements System.IComparable,
               System.IConvertible,
               System.IFormattable

Bug has existed since 3.0 Preview 1, and is still present in 5.0.1.5145.

2.4 decompiles correctly:

public abstract class Enum : ValueType, IComparable, IConvertible, IFormattable
