Stork In Git Repo

Reason

Need to be able to run Stork inside a git repo. Happens when we're trying to add an app inside an existing repo (like in a tutorial for instance).

Design

My suggestion is to add a --no-git option or something

None - new option.

How about an option for this case: "stork.sh tutorial"?

Maybe - but some tutorials require multiple applications to be created... doesn't matter to me... just noticed that I had to jump through some hoops here :-)
