What's the difference between `GlycomeDB` and `GlyTouCan`

GlycomeDB and GlyTouCan both appear to have all of the same metadata and represent the same database. Is there a difference? If not, should one be preferred over the other?

They seem to be the same online artefacts but with different descriptions. Ideally we shouldn't have this without a good reason. At the moment we will keep both to preserve PIDs. I will enqueue a task to add verification of duplicated URLs on registration forms and a search bar for curators to verify this when curating the requests.

We can't remove existing redundant namespaces, but our requests forms now block and suggest URLs when similar URL patterns are submitted.
