Description
Some Python repositories use different OS matrices in their CI (e.g. Ubuntu + Windows vs. Ubuntu + macOS). To ensure consistency and full cross-platform testing, we should harmonize all Python CI workflows to run on Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows.
