I think we need a table of external 'orgs' (github, gitlab, w3c, etc -- extensible) and a per-user table of <org,string>. I am going to try to work on this at the next tool hackathon.

For now, the only freeform field in the data tracker account info is the biography, which is where my github link now lives for now.
