    - Boost 1.59
    - OpenSSL 1.0.2d

  1. AppVeyor: Pin VS version to 2013 for the time being

With the new oss environments, AppVeyor images have many Visual Studio
versions installed at once. CMake will pick the highest, but we don't
have Boost binaries compiled for VS 2015. Stick with VS 2013.

Soon, the VS version will be chosen using a variable in the appveyor.yml file.

  2. Use OpenSSL 1.0.2c with appveyor

Updated to OpenSSL 1.0.2c. Old 1.0.2a is not available anymore.

  3. Rework the Travis scripts and use default image in AppVeyor

Travis: Rework the script so it is easier to either use Lua from packages or
to compile our own. Stick compiling from sources, since the packaged version of Lua
    is still 5.1.4

AppVeyor: Use the default os image, in order to qualify for the new (faster) environment.

  1. Test with Boost 1.58.0 and do not hardcode versions in paths

Build with AppVeyor using Boost 1.58. Removes the boost version which was
hardcoded in the paths. It now respects the BOOST_VERSION environment variable.

  1. Minor edits to README [ci skip]

Just updated the LuaRocks version and the link to Boost Asio
documentation (so it links to the latest version) and rewrote part
    of the build instructions.

  2. [ci] Use Docker infrastructure on Travis.

This means we can't use 'sudo' anymore, so for the time being we
have to download and compile Lua instead of using the package.

  1. Improves build and makes it work in x64 arch

    - Improved the build scripts.
    - Enabled the x86 platform on AppVeyor build matrix, so now
we have coverage on both x86 and x64 with MSVS 2013.
    - OpenSSL version can be selected from appveyor.yml
    - Caches some directories to improve test times.

Split the code away from appveyor.yml to batch files.

Improves support for building in x86 and x64 environments.
