Track for displaying normalized coverage data generated by gCNV

The underlying data format is a modified .bed-like file with a tab-separated header row, follow by data rows with chrom, start, end fields followed by per-sample copy-number floating-point values like

This file must be bgzip compressed and have a tabix index.
