These patches address some minor build-system issues, and help move in
the direction of reproducible builds. (The build system is still
somewhat dependent on my kludgy cross-compiling setup, and there are
doubtless other things that could be improved, but with these changes
plus upcoming fixes in WFDB 10.6.1, the package should theoretically
be reproducible.)
