Binary deb packages are needed

Ubuntu Bionic armhf/arm64.

I've tried to compile it on raspberry pi, but ocaml gives hard time doing it.

My idea of using it:

convert enc into json and steam it from web server. Then on a web server side develop an app with Kotlin JS for
WebGL to render it in 3D. With fly-by mode, etc
