FlipHorizontally and FlipVertically have edge artifacts #2

Open Mitosis sample. Flip Horizontally. Navigate to second Z position. Observe green vertical line artifact on the top right of the image.

I investigated this bug too and found out, that the most right and bottom pixel column/row is not flipped:
Example (with numbers):
1 2 3
4 5 6
7 8 9

Flipped Vertically:
4 5 3
1 2 6
7 8 9

Flipped Horizontally:
2 1 3
5 4 6
7 8 9

Note: It doesn't matter if the image has odd or even dimensionality.

@tibuch Thanks. It sounds like everyone is working around it, so it makes more sense to me to fix it here.
