在alfred论坛中发表新帖子或者回复的文本输入框无法使用输入框增强，触发后会复制原文，但是无法添加翻译，

搜索框的输入框增强是正常的

chrome 可以正常使用，Firefox 浏览器这个输入框对它支持不好，有适配问题，暂不支持
