ProtocolNavigator v1.0 30/07/2014

ProtocolNavigator is an open-source software for designing, documenting and reproducing biological experiments.

ProtocolNavigator was developed in collaboration with School of Medicine, Cardiff University, Cardiff, UK. School of Optometry and Vision Sciences, Cardiff University, Cardiff, UK and Imaging Platform, Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, Cambridge, MA, USA.


ProtocolNavigator was published in Bioinformatics journal

ProtocolNavigator was implemented in Python 2.7, using wx module to build the graphical users interface.
