Don't show the Channel human readable title notification when iNaturalist is in the foreground #799

Stemming from https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/channel-human-readable-title-extraneous-notification/10089

We show a dot in the top bar for phones running Android 9 and 10:

This is part of a workaround "to make the app continue running the background, for syncing, etc
That notification tell the OS to keep us running"

Would it be possible to hide that dot when the app is in the foreground, at least?

@tiwane I guess we can't remove this, so Yaron made it a bit more subtle. Adequate?
