Buttons to remove date, time, and location on obs editor #944

Not sure about you, but this is barely working for me. Here's what usually happens:
Sometimes the obs will not have coordinates on the web and on the second obs detail view, but it always seems to have coordinates on obs detail right after I remove them. A lot of the ones I was testing on were obscured, but if you post blank values for Removing date and time don't seem to work quite right either, but there I have a theory of what's happening: in addition to removing local attributes like observed_on and time_observed_at, you need to remove observed_on_string when you POST to the server, so

Ok I think this is working except for location, and I'm pretty sure that's a bug in the API. Just haven't figured out how to solve it yet... |

Currently you actually can't remove these items from an observation, even though you can on the website. While removing these things is generally a bad thing for data quality and integrity, it's something we should support for user privacy.
Since I don't want to make these too obvious or too easy to tap accidentally, let's add the following items to the
R.menu.observation_editor_menu
:latitude
,longitude
, orpositional_accuracy
setlatitude
,longitude
, andpositional_accuracy
