Remove all plugins from `broadway` #32

Moving forward it seems that we should move all of the plugins in broadway into an intermediary library which flatiron and others can depend on. Those who simply want the core extensibility functionality can use broadway unencumbered.

Personally, I think this is a good idea. Does this include the auto-bootstrapping of config and log? It might be nice to not have those in some environments, such as the browser.

+1. Let's keep the core library as tiny as possible.
