Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some management actions in events fail to produce report logs. In particular, I'm missing:

  • [re]opening/closing a registration form
  • approving/rejecting a registration
  • checking-in a registrant
  • resetting check-in for a registrant
  • updating the event layout

Describe the solution you'd like
Let's simply log these actions.
