I saw you mentioned this was a common problem in the video your SciPy

Now I don't quite like that the setup.py long_description and README.md are out of sync. I think github will parse README.rst, and then setup.py could simply read that in and feed it to long_description.

I didn't notice that you updated that too.

I pushed a fix. I hope that's what you wanted.

Oh sorry, I didn't notice that. Getting rst markup right is a little more painful than markdown, so I just used markdown, but rst really is better, as it's more powerful and widely used.
