Reported here:

Repro Steps:

Download fresh files from GitHub releases
Install on server
Go in-game and use /ladder
Client console error from here, reports network id 65532 could not be found
Restart resource on-the-fly
Use /ladder, ladder spawns nil issues

Repro Env

Tested on linux docker host: Issue present
Tested on localhost Win11 host: Issue NOT present
Tested on live Windows RDP host: Issue present (see Ladders-Reborn on Windows: Could not request network ID 65534 because it does not exist #11)

~~Confirmation of the issue on actual Windows servers would be appreciated~~
