New List: Prediction Markets

I am now building a new list for blocking prediction market gambling sites. This is for blocking prediction markets such as Polymarket, Kalshi, and others. I am also targeting some partner sites, particularly ones that exist to push users to the gambling sites.

This is a new list, so there are likely to be sites missing from it.

This list is not to block all gambling; only prediction markets. Other lists exist to block gambling in general, so if you wish to filter out all gambling this list will be a partial solution for you.
