More of less the query we want to express is

from(bucket: "telegraf")
  |> range(start: v.timeRangeStart, stop: v.timeRangeStop)
  |> filter(fn: (r) => r._measurement == "disk")
  |> filter(fn: (r) => r._field == "used_percent")
  |> last()
  |> group()
