The definition for directive information entity reads:
An information content entity whose concretizations indicate to their bearer how to realize them in a process.
This does not seem correct for all their bearers. As an ICE, a directive information entity can be borne by inanimate objects, such as a piece of paper. However, in what sense does the directive information entity indicate to the paper how to realize the instructions?
