Add "denoted by" as inverse property of "denoted"

IAO can current be used to assert

thing denotes entity

With "denoted by" we could assert and infer the inverse

entity "denoted by" thing

This is useful when locating entities by their identifiers. For example, find the journal denoted by ISSN 0036-8075. Also useful for identifying the identifiers of an entity. For example, find my identifiers.

With the new term "denoted by", IAO_0000219 can be updated to indicate it has an inverse property "denoted by"
