What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)
When selecting a layer to show its tools, some buttons could overflow to the left.
In multiple selection mode, a button to select all the layers in the list was made available in the tools.
What is the new behavior?
A scrollbar was added to the tools to prevent the overflowing of buttons.
The "select all layers" button was moved above the layer list and replaced with a checkbox.
