Rename ui/src to ui/components and add a components src folder

What I did

1. chore: rename packages/ui/src to packages/ui/components
2. chore: introduce a component src folder

e.g.

From

.

├── test-helpers
├── test-suites
├── types
├── NativeTextFieldMixin.js
└── ...

To

.
├── src
│   ├── NativeTextFieldMixin.js
│   └── ...
├── test
├── test-helpers
├── test-suites
└── types

We want this as when we introduce the new typescript setup with wireit... we want to be able to cleary separate src from tests and types
