Fix for Windows environment
Image.save() and ImageSet.save() save images for 'notebook' so that they are removed when the object is destroyed.
Image.save() and ImageSet.save() use Image.save(temp=True) for saving temporary files for notebook instead of generating paths of them manually. The function had not worked well on Windows environment because it had generated invalid (at least on Windows) paths by simply adding '/tmp/' as a prefix.
For the command 'SETX' in 'scripts/install/win/install.bat', variables are put in quotations. Without quotation, the command shell misinterprets the argument as multiple arguments if the variables include a white space. It causes an error that the command does nothing.
Filename of the image retained
There was a line in the display condition : ```python self.filename = "" ``` I have commented this. Now the filename of the image object is retained after running the code as mentioned in #231.
