http4s Executable via GraalVM Native Image
This repository demonstrates how to compile an http4s application to a native executable using GraalVM's Native Image. The accompanying blog post has all the details.
To quickly get going:
Having installed GraalVM Native Image run the
nativeImageLocaltask to generate an executable.
sustained-benchmark.shto benchmark against the JVM, and
analysis.pyto generate graphs.
To build a Linux executable:
- Build the Docker image in the
cd docker docker build -t inner-product/graalvm-native-image .
- Run the
nativeImagetask from sbt. The result will be a Linux executable.
