Bug description

Even after updating to 1.25.4, the taost notification still pops saying rate limit exceeded. App still not functional. So annoying.

As a workaround for Github rate limiting issues, RVX Manager uses PAT when accessing the Github API.

Anyone can figure out the PAT via https capture, but I didn't really care since the tokens were issued via dummy accounts and so far no one has done anything malicious with them.

A few hours ago, I found out that a certain user was constantly deleting the PAT.

Since it has been known that someone is maliciously removing PAT, I will no longer include it in any builds from now on.

Users may have to change networks frequently, as Github API requests are limited to 60 per hour.

Fixed in RVX Manager 1.25.5.

Since PAT is removed, apps will hit Github API limits more often (like last year).

What could a malicious user do by manipulating PAT?

A malicious user has removed all PATs issued using PAT.

In this case, RVX Manager will no longer be able to use Github API.

Yeah, this is a very critical issue.

Personally, I no longer see any advantage in using rvx Manager. With revanced-manager, you have the same settings and can also set other sources without these errors
