When enabled (the default) this setting prevents the unloading of core modules such as cmd_privmsg.

Wasn't there discussion of renaming all the 'core' features from cmd_ or module_ to core_?

@Shawn-Smith Yes. This was one of the low hanging fruit which we discussed regarding that (I proposed that logging to file be extracted to a core module but without this setting that is a security risk.)

Add <security:allowcoreunload>.

@attilamolnar That shouldn't be hard. Just replace cmd_ with core_.
