ROTc

Recursive Orthogonal Threshold classifier (ROTc) is an algorithm built for the purpose of selecting optimal sets of biomarkers for a given condition, intended for usage as inputs for synthetic logic gates.

The algorithm is written in C++ with a wrapper in R, compiled using make.
