dosc/umd-testing.md explains how to prepare a set of models - resnet-50, yolo-v8s and add_abc - for funtional testing using npu-umd-test. Added new section to "Troubleshooting" that explains how to use "strace" to debug driver initialization. Added minor changes to docs/overview.md. Added a note about library name change in docs/overview.md
