I presumably have done something wrong in config, but a fresh Bluegenes instance is using the following URL for the mine logo:
https://mines.legumeinfo.org/legumemine/model/images/model/images/various-types-of-legumes.png
which is clearly wrong, it's got model/images twice, the actual logo image is here:
https://mines.legumeinfo.org/legumemine/model/images/various-types-of-legumes.png
Any idea what I'm doing to get model/images in there twice?

Whoops. Never mind. :) I had the wrong path in the mine's web.properties. :)
