Robust Threads
This release should cope with longer runs without the pauses seen in previous releases. This is due to a more robust handling of threads and asynchronous http requests.

Made it impossible to start a client with data for an exchange not supported by the connected pool.
Also fixed a bug which prevented rates being set correctly
