V 2.9.5 Scrollable Div not working in IE8 #48

Looks like Scrollables Div are not working in IE8 (didn't test ie7 & 6) with the latest release, scrollbars do not show up or are placed somewhere outside.

I can confirm nicescroll is not working in IE8 and IE7 and probably anything below. Look in the updateScrollBar() function at a line like this:

pos.top+= parseFloat(self.win.css('border-top-width'));

For border width IE will return a value like 'medium' and when you run parseFloat() on that you get NaN. This results in no top or left positioning being added to the scrollbar elements. Note that IE returns a string like 'medium' even when the actual border width on the element is 0px. I would love to see a proper fix for this, but I'll probably hack something in the meantime.

- IE7/IE8, scrollbar displayed on wrong position for NaN value as border width (issues #47 #48)
