**Describe the Bug**
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I have a dynamically generated list of items within an ionic-item-slider. When the lists is relatively short (less that 100 items) the sliders work great, but when I generate the list with all the items the sliders still work but require extra pressure for them to be accessible.
**Steps to Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
If you are able to illustrate the bug with an example, please provide a sample application via an online code collaborator such as [StackBlitz](https://stackblitz.com), or [GitHub](https://github.com).
I expect the sliders to behave the same regardless of the number of items in the list. This required extra pressure renders the sliders unusable when dealing with large lists.
