AlertController - Input missing id attribute from Input Options #9457

@jgw96 I don't think this is an "enhancement" Since the documentation specifies you can set the id of an input in an Alert, but it's broken. Also, if you take a look at my commit, you will see that the code was already there to set id, but it was not getting the id from AlertOptions and the attribute was never set on input |

Current behavior:
When setting the value of "id" of an input in the AlertOptions, the id attribute is never written to the DOM for said input.
Expected behavior:
Setting "id" in the Input Options should set the
