Adding native level logging, since we can't attach safari when the phone is locked.

CordovaCallplugin is spun up when answering from lockscreen.Add JS level
keepAlive, ping JS every 200ms to keep it alive for ~30s with a background task. Stops background task and keepAlive once we're done processing the call.
