- Change references to `IPLD` to reference `IPFS` instead as the place where objects are stored, with the exception of mentions of `IPLD Explorer` - Partially addresses issue #67
- Change workshop labels from `IPLD` to `IPFS` - Add IPFS logo and use it to replace IPFS logo on homepage in workshop listings - Change `IPLD` to `IPFS` in description of Basics workshop
- Create more descriptive lesson names that are focused on user actions - Use these names in `Home.vue` and individual lesson `XX.vue` files

This needs a thorough review from @mikeal to ensure the direct replacements of IPLD with IPFS are acceptable as is without any additional rewording. Note that I did not edit the references to "IPLD Explorer."
I'm very open to feedback from @mikeal @vmx et al on the new proposals for lesson titles.
