After fsNodeType in NewLeafNode is supported by commit 85897b3
("dag: add fsNodeType in NewLeafNode and NewLeafDataNode"). Move
comments in NewLeafNode to importer/balanced/builder.go to clarify
why TFile is used by balanced builder as leaves.
