HTML Notebook Prompt can be deleted . . . #593

If the first thing you do in the htmlnotebook is press the x button, you can delete your prompt :(

Can you give us more details about this one. I am not seeing it. What browser? What version of the code? Other things needed to reproduce?

Sorry. Google chrome most recent build of the htmlnotebook branch.

Basically all I did after starting was hit the "x" button

Here is a screen shot of the result:

Hmm, I can't reproduce this on my system. I will keep my eye out for
this though. Let's leave it open for now.

Hmm, I can't reproduce this on my system. I will keep my eye out for

Since the prompt is in a separate div now, this should not be possible anymore.
